About the role

The Scrum Master supports the development team and product owner in delivering incremental value each sprint. They educate others on Agile methodologies, facilitate the Scrum process, protect the team from interference, and remove obstacles to achieve the sprint goal.

Key responsibilities

Build and coach high‑performing, self‑organizing teams.
Strengthen team understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and ensure alignment with project goals.
Facilitate Scrum practices, promote transparency, and foster continuous improvement.
Identify trade‑offs between short‑ and long‑term benefits to drive a shared vision between the team and product owner.
