About the role

ClientReferrals is looking for a detail‑oriented Case Processing Specialist to join its remote team. You will be responsible for reviewing citizenship applications, ensuring they meet quality standards, and supporting both international agents and local offices.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process citizenship applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate daily with international B2B agents to maintain high‑quality customer service.
• Coordinate with local offices to ensure smooth application handling.
• Perform additional administrative tasks and contribute to special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, independent, responsible, and solution‑oriented.
• Ability to work remotely and align with Montreal and Eastern Caribbean time zones.
