Client Booking Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Client Booking Specialist to assist clients with researching available options and coordinating booking requests based on their needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Research available options and services, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinate booking requests, confirmations and review reservation information for accuracy.
• Provide clients with relevant details, updates, and support for changes or special requests.
• Maintain accurate client and booking documentation and follow up when additional information is required.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good online research abilities.
• Comfortable using email and web‑based systems.
• Problem‑solving and follow‑up skills.
