Client Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a personable and motivated Client Growth Specialist to help expand our client base and develop meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communication, and discovering opportunities to help a business grow.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through approved channels and build genuine relationships.
• Learn about prospects' needs, identify appropriate solutions, and conduct professional follow‑ups throughout the client journey.
• Support client acquisition initiatives, maintain organized records, and coordinate consultations, calls, or appointments.
• Participate in marketing, networking, outreach activities, and track assigned activities and follow‑up opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities; comfortable communicating online and by phone.
• Organized, dependable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn; previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, recruiting, or client relations is beneficial but not required.
