Client Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a personable and motivated Client Growth Specialist to expand our client base and build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients. This remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communication, and discovering growth opportunities for a business.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through approved channels and build genuine relationships.
• Learn about prospects' needs, identify appropriate solutions, and conduct professional follow‑ups throughout the client journey.
• Support client acquisition and business‑growth initiatives while maintaining organized records.
• Coordinate consultations, calls, or appointments and participate in marketing, networking, and outreach activities.
• Track assigned activities, follow‑up opportunities, and attend team meetings and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities, comfortable communicating online and by phone.
• Organized, dependable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn; previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, recruiting, or client relations is beneficial but not required.
