Client Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a personable and motivated Client Growth Specialist to expand our client base and build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communication, and discovering growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through approved channels and build genuine relationships.
• Learn about prospects' needs, identify appropriate solutions, and conduct professional follow‑ups throughout the client journey.
• Support client acquisition initiatives, maintain organized records, and coordinate consultations, calls, or appointments.
• Participate in marketing, networking, outreach activities, and track assigned activities and follow‑up opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Organized, dependable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, recruiting, or client relations (beneficial but not required).
