Client Success Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a professional and people‑focused Client Success Specialist to create positive experiences for clients from their first interaction through ongoing relationship development. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients.
• Respond to client questions, understand needs, and provide appropriate information.
• Follow up with clients and prospects in a timely manner.
• Help coordinate consultations, appointments, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate client records and build strong relationships.
