Customer Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

The Hive Careers is seeking a proactive Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive growth across the Eastern Caribbean region. Working fully remotely, you will partner with marketing and sales teams to attract new clients, nurture relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events and direct outreach.
• Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to introduce services and convert leads.
• Analyze and optimise the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion to maximise acquisition rates.
• Monitor KPIs related to acquisition efforts, produce regular performance reports and provide insights for strategy refinement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align acquisition tactics with overall business objectives and maintain consistent messaging.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a positive experience that supports long‑term relationships.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage acquisition budgets effectively, allocating resources to meet targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of proven experience in B2B customer acquisition, client outreach, sales or marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
