Customer Service Representative – Remote – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service, assist customers with daily needs, and ensure all transactions and requests are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers, employees, and internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Process payments, deposits, cash transactions, checks and other customer transactions accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Handle account and service‑related transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and timely.
• Provide information about company products and services while staying up‑to‑date on policies.
