• Resolve customer concerns professionally and timely while providing product and service information.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with cash‑handling, banking, retail or financial services.
• Professional, friendly approach with ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
