Draftsman

About the role

The Draftsman will create architectural, structural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools for various construction projects. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers and site teams to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, structural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Develop shop drawings, as‑built drawings and related technical documentation.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers and on‑site teams.
• Review and update drawings based on project changes and RFIs.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.
• Assist in quantity take‑offs and provide technical drafting support.
• Support design coordination meetings and project documentation activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience on construction projects.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, residential or commercial developments is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience with Revit and BIM software (advantage).
