QA Manual Test Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Enumerate, a provider of property management software and payments solutions for community associations, is looking for a QA Manual Test Engineer to validate end-to-end product quality across its web applications and payments workflows. The engineer works closely with engineering, product and design teams to ensure release readiness through structured test planning, exploratory testing and regression validation, and helps build repeatable QA processes in an AI-forward environment. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Create, execute and maintain detailed test cases and test plans for web applications.
• Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, negative and integration testing across features.
• Validate workflows related to web applications, accounting, AR/AP payments and user permissions.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps, evidence and severity classification.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify acceptance criteria.
• Take part in test-readiness reviews and sign off on production releases.
• Communicate test progress, risks and defects clearly and objectively.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience performing manual QA on web applications.
• Ability to reason about complex workflows (financial, multi-step or data-driven).
• Comfortable working independently in remote, fast-paced, project-driven teams.

Required skills

• Writing comprehensive test cases and defect reports.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail or similar QA platforms.
• Basic validation of REST APIs via Postman or similar.
• Preferred: SaaS experience in fintech, payments or enterprise workflows; familiarity with CI/CD and agile; exposure to AI-assisted coding tools; understanding of secure data handling in finance or compliance.

Total monthly compensation: $2,500-$3,000 USD.
