Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reservation details and verify confirmations for accuracy.
• Communicate updates, important information, and special requests to clients and service providers.
• Maintain organized documentation and follow up on incomplete or outstanding items.
• Provide professional support from initial inquiry to final confirmation.
