Tour Desk & Watersports Sales Supervisor

About the role

Lead the Tour Desk & Watersports team at Royalton CHIC Antigua, driving sales, ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Tour Desk & Watersports team, set priorities and ensure adequate coverage.
• Drive achievement of sales, revenue and conversion targets while monitoring commercial KPIs.
• Coach, motivate and develop sales agents through briefings, performance follow‑ups and sales reviews.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities, monitor booking accuracy and ensure high‑quality guest service.
• Handle escalated guest issues and coordinate closely with hotel and operational teams.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, tourism, hospitality or watersports, with supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong commercial mindset, results‑oriented and able to analyse sales performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Proactive, energetic, hands‑on leadership style and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English; French is a plus. Knowledge of Antigua’s tourism products is desirable.
