About the role

At TELUS Digital, we are building AI solutions for healthcare where accuracy can be a matter of life and death. As a Clinical & Medical AI Expert you will act as the guardian of medical truth, joining a community of professionals who train large language models on complex diagnostics, pharmacology, and patient‑care logic.

Key responsibilities

• Audit AI “chain‑of‑thought” reasoning for medical diagnostics to ensure compliance with international clinical protocols such as ICD‑11 and DSM‑5.
• Verify AI‑generated drug interactions, dosage recommendations, and contraindications against peer‑reviewed literature.
• Precisely label complex biomedical datasets, including MRI/CT images, pathology reports, and genomic data, to improve visual‑spatial reasoning of models.
• Identify and neutralize medical hallucinations, creating safety guardrails that prevent patient harm.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MD/MBBS), Pharmacy (PharmD), Nursing, or Biomedical Sciences.
• Native‑level proficiency (C2+) in your primary language to interpret regional medical terminology.
• English proficiency of at least B1 for technical research and reporting.
• Successful completion of a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
