About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s AI Community as a Psychology Expert to help make AI‑generated content safer and more responsible. You will use your knowledge of human behavior and mental health to evaluate content, flag risks, and guide the system toward empathetic responses.

Key responsibilities

• Safety Reviews: Examine flagged content and decide if it complies with safety guidelines.
• Behavior Analysis: Identify biased or unfair AI interactions with users.
• Risk Reporting: Highlight gray‑area scenarios where AI may give harmful advice and suggest safer alternatives.
• Mental Health Awareness: Ensure AI recognizes and handles sensitive topics with appropriate care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language.
• Basic English proficiency (B1) to read project guides.
• Strong empathy and logical reasoning to spot subtle risks.
• Pass a subject‑specific qualification exam and complete ID verification.
