Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, performance, and governance of a diversified insurance and investment organization. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, advising the CEO/President and Board on capital management, investment finance, treasury, reporting, and corporate development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy, translating corporate goals into budgets, forecasts, and measurable objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, long‑term planning, financial modeling, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee insurance finance, monitoring premiums, claims, reserves, loss ratios, combined ratios, and underwriting profitability.
• Provide financial oversight of the investment portfolio, partnering with the CIO and Investment Committee on strategy, performance, and risk‑adjusted returns.
• Establish strong financial governance, KPIs, executive dashboards, and ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and shareholder returns across insurance, investment, and corporate operations.

Required profile

• Deep financial expertise combined with strong commercial and investment acumen.
• Proven ability to operate in a highly regulated financial‑services environment.
• Experience leading finance functions in insurance, investment, or similar financial institutions.
