Accountant – Hotel Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in hotel construction projects to manage financial operations, project cost control, budgeting, and reporting. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, monitor project expenditures, and support the project's financial performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage accounting records for the hotel construction project.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
• Process invoices, payments, and subcontractor/vendor transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely account settlements.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and commercial teams on cost control activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, including hotel, hospitality, or large‑scale construction projects.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
