Head of Business Sales – North West Indies Region

About the role

Digicel is seeking a dynamic leader to head its Business Sales operations across the North West Indies Region (Antigua & Barbuda, St. Kitts & Nevis, Montserrat and Anguilla). The role drives corporate customer acquisition, revenue growth and the overall performance of the corporate sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics and action plans to meet acquisition and revenue targets for ICT/Corporate GSM products.
• Lead the Business Solutions Sales team, ensuring profitability by achieving sales targets and managing revenue and EBITDA variances.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Sales to set annual sales quotas, forecast revenue, and project volume and profit for existing and new offerings.
• Provide timely reporting and insights to senior management, highlighting emerging issues, misalignments and recovery plans.
• Own the sales pipeline management, including forecasting, budgeting, commission structures and persuasive client pitches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fast‑paced, innovative environments, preferably within telecommunications.
• Strong track record of leading corporate sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with other managers and functional areas.
• Excellent leadership, performance‑management and communication skills.
