Cook – Aviation & Airport Dining

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our aviation and airport dining operations. You will work in a multicultural environment, preparing meals according to production sheets, recipes and dietary requirements while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive production sheets from the Production Supervisor and prepare meals in the required quantities.
• Follow recipes and dietary specifications, ensuring no deviations unless instructed by the Production Supervisor or Nutritionist/Dietician.
• Taste‑test cafeteria items and verify color, texture and appearance to meet quality standards.
• Implement and monitor HACCP and food‑safety procedures, recording internal cooking temperatures on the appropriate records.
• Cover and date all leftovers according to company procedures.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain workstations and all kitchen equipment.
• Log knives in and out and return them to the knife cabinet at the end of the shift.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to the immediate supervisor and adhere to personal hygiene standards (uniform, hair covering, hand washing, etc.).
