Cook (Level 2) – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Cook (Level 2) to join our culinary team at a luxury resort on Jumby Bay Island. You will work in a high‑end hospitality environment, ensuring that every dish meets our exacting quality standards and contributes to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Prepare and present menu items in accordance with departmental quality specifications.
• Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and plating.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to fulfill guest requests promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar kitchen role, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid Food Handlers Certificate.
• Valid Antigua & Barbuda driver’s license.
