Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position at Moon Gate Hotel & Spa in Antigua. You will lead daily housekeeping operations, ensure high cleanliness standards, and support a sustainable, guest‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assign tasks, inspect guest suites and public areas, and maintain consistent cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with laundry services, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff, address guest requests or concerns promptly, and collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience leading housekeeping or similar operational teams.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, room inspections, hygiene and safety standards.
• Experience with laundry operations and linen handling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking.
• Understanding of eco‑conscious and sustainable housekeeping practices.
