Destination Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Destination Supervisor to join our team in Antigua & Barbuda. The role supports and supervises daily destination operations, ensuring outstanding service delivery, operational excellence, and a consistently positive experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day operations at the destination.
• Lead, support and monitor the performance of the destination team.
• Ensure compliance with NexusTours’ operational and service standards.
• Monitor the guest experience from arrival through service delivery.
• Handle and resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly.
• Track operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, suppliers, operators and internal teams.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered according to agreed standards.
• Support onboarding, training, coaching and development of team members.
• Monitor schedules, operational coverage and staffing needs.
• Anticipate operational risks and implement preventive actions.
• Provide regular updates to destination leadership on performance and incidents.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, service excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, destination operations or related fields.
• Experience supervising teams or coordinating daily operations.
• Strong customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to make decisions and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented mindset with experience using KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to work according to the operational needs of a tourism destination.
