About the role

We are seeking a Head Butler to lead the butler team at one of the world’s most exclusive luxury resorts in Antigua. This senior position combines hands‑on service excellence with strategic team leadership, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of butlers, setting the benchmark for exceptional service.
• Design and deliver training programs to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
• Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other hotel departments to guarantee flawless operations.
• Monitor service quality, conduct performance reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or private estates.
• Excellent communication skills with a polished, articulate presence.
• Comfortable interacting with high‑net‑worth guests and maintaining discretion.
• Calm under pressure with a meticulous eye for detail.
