Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner

About the role

Join Elite Escapes as a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner and turn couples' wedding visions into unforgettable travel experiences. You will combine travel planning expertise with a consultative sales approach to guide couples and their guests from the first idea to confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Design customized destination‑wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions and honeymoon extensions.
• Connect with couples to understand their vision, budget and preferences, then present tailored options and guide them through booking.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, ensuring clear booking options, payment timelines and support before departure.
• Handle client inquiries and changes such as payments, room upgrades, guest additions, date changes, transfer needs and special requests with professionalism.
• Enhance celebrations with romantic excursions, welcome experiences, local activities, honeymoon ideas and memorable “wow” moments for couples and guests.
• Provide end‑to‑end support from the initial consultation through travel, including pre‑departure communication, on‑trip assistance and post‑wedding follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable guiding couples through decisions.
• Excellent organizational ability to manage multiple moving pieces such as guest lists, room options, payment schedules and travel documents.
• Willingness to learn new tools, including CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms and group‑travel systems.
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events or travel is a plus, but not required.
• Genuine love for romance, celebrations, travel and helping people create meaningful memories.
