Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will focus on identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and creating new sales opportunities for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers through multiple channels.
• Make outbound calls, send emails and conduct other prospecting activities.
• Engage prospects, build rapport and qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and nurture them through consistent follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales activity targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
• Stay informed about company products, services and target markets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, business development or lead generation (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new prospects.
• Goal‑oriented, confident and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work‑from‑home setup.
