Senior Project Engineer (Hotel Construction)

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead the planning, execution, and supervision of hotel construction projects in Antigua. You will ensure that each project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and meets the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily construction activities on site.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Track project progress and prepare technical reports.
• Assist in resolving engineering and construction issues.
• Support project controls, cost management, and resource planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of construction experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and site management.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience on international projects is a plus.
