Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding booking needs and preferences
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Assist with coordinating reservations and confirmations
• Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
• Provide clients with confirmations, updates, and important details
• Assist with changes, adjustments, and special requests
• Maintain accurate client and booking records
• Follow up on pending requests and required information
• Communicate with service providers when necessary
• Provide professional support throughout the booking process

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Customer‑focused and professional attitude
• Comfortable conducting online research
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
• Comfortable using email and web‑based platforms
• Strong follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous customer service, reservations, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
