We are seeking a personable and detail‑oriented Hospitality Experience Coordinator to assist clients from the initial request through completion. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, research, and helping clients navigate options based on their individual needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information about client preferences and requests.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and other services.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and related arrangements.
• Communicate important information and updates to clients.
• Review confirmations for accuracy and handle modifications or special requests.
• Maintain organized client records and follow up on outstanding information.
• Coordinate with hospitality and service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good organization and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable researching information online and learning new digital platforms.
• Reliable, professional, and responsive.
• Previous hospitality, customer service, or reservations experience is helpful but not required.
