Food & Beverage Server

About the role

The Food & Beverage Server will deliver high‑quality service in the resort’s dining outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction through adherence to Oetker Hotels standards. The role involves both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house duties and may support special guest events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service in assigned outlet(s).
• Execute back‑of‑house tasks such as clearing, resetting tables, and supporting kitchen operations.
• Assist with guest events and private functions as required.
• Maintain compliance with all service standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/transport items.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Antigua & Barbuda driver’s licence and Food Handlers Certificate.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SevenRooms reservation system (preferred).
• Familiarity with Micros point‑of‑sale system (preferred).
