About the role

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Guest Experience Specialist to support clients throughout their travel and accommodation journey. The role focuses on delivering a seamless, positive experience by communicating clearly, coordinating details, and following up reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to capture their needs, preferences, and special requests.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services.
• Assist with reservations, service coordination, and provide confirmations and updates.
• Review details for accuracy and manage modifications or special requests.
• Maintain organized client records and follow up on pending items.
• Liaise with service providers when additional assistance is required.
• Address client questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high standard of professional service.
