Plumbing Project Engineer / Project Manager

About the role

H2One Ltd. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead multiple residential and commercial plumbing projects across Antigua & Barbuda and the Caribbean. This hands‑on position combines deep plumbing knowledge with project management and site supervision, ensuring installations are completed to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee plumbing works on several active construction sites.
• Attend site meetings, represent H2One, and coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers and consultants.
• Review plumbing, architectural and MEP drawings to identify clashes before they arise.
• Supervise plumbing teams, monitor progress and ensure work complies with codes, specifications and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, enforce quality and finish standards, and manage snagging.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and final inspections prior to handover.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Plumbing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing, building services or MEP construction, including site supervision.
• Strong practical knowledge of water distribution, drainage, wastewater, pump and pressure systems.
• Proven ability to read and review plumbing, architectural and MEP drawings.
• Valid driver’s licence and good written and verbal communication skills.
