About the role

We are looking for a motivated Vacation Booking Agent to help clients plan memorable trips from the comfort of their home. The role blends customer service, travel research, and coordination of reservations across hotels, cruises, tours and vacation packages.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with clients to discuss vacation ideas and preferences.
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours and vacation packages.
• Compare travel options and recommend solutions that match client needs.
• Coordinate reservations using approved supplier platforms.
• Provide clients with booking details, destination information and travel documentation.
• Review travel arrangements for accuracy and follow up throughout the planning process.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations.
• Continuously learn about destinations, suppliers and travel products.

• Self‑motivated and able to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable communicating via phone, email and online platforms.
• Enthusiasm for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
• Willingness to learn new technology and supplier platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales or travel is helpful but not required.
