About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s AI Community as a Chemistry & Lab Data Expert. You will help train AI systems to accurately understand chemical formulas, safety guidelines, and experimental data, ensuring reliable outputs for scientists and learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review chemical equations and molecular structures generated by AI for scientific accuracy.
• Validate AI‑provided safety advice on handling chemicals and mixing reactions.
• Organise and clean laboratory experiment data to enable pattern detection.
• Translate complex chemical concepts into clear, simple explanations for non‑expert audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biochemistry.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language.
• Basic English proficiency (B1) to understand project instructions.
• Strong attention to detail; a single error in a formula can change outcomes.
• Willingness to complete a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
