CNC Programmer / Joiner / Furniture Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer, Joiner and Furniture Designer to lead our design‑to‑production workflow at our premium timber joinery workshop in Falmouth, Antigua. The successful candidate will work independently, turning concepts into detailed CNC programs and high‑quality finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Design custom joinery, cabinetry, doors and windows using Autodesk Fusion, producing 3D models and production‑ready drawings.
• Generate CNC programs, optimise machining strategies and create efficient toolpaths with Fusion CAM.
• Set up, program and operate the Blue Elephant CNC router, ensuring accurate machining.
• Collaborate closely with the workshop team, guiding sanding, assembly and preparation activities.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet fast‑turn production schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC woodworking, custom joinery or architectural cabinetry.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Fusion (CAD & CAM) and strong knowledge of CNC programming.
• Experience with Blue Elephant CNC routers or similar woodworking machinery.
• Solid understanding of woodworking materials and manufacturing techniques.
• High‑energy, decisive work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
