Cook – Culinary Production for Airport & Airline Services

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team supporting airport and airline dining operations. The role involves preparing meals according to production sheets, ensuring quality, safety and consistency for a diverse passenger base.

Key responsibilities

• Receive production sheets from the Production Supervisor and prepare meals in required quantities.
• Follow recipes and dietary specifications, adjusting only when instructed by the Production Supervisor or Nutritionist.
• Taste‑test cafeteria items and verify colour, texture and appearance against quality standards.
• Maintain HACCP and food‑safety procedures, record internal cooking temperatures and log leftovers.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain workstations and kitchen equipment; report any malfunctions.
• Log knives in and out, ensure proper storage at shift end.
• Adhere to personal hygiene standards, including uniform, hair covering and hand washing.
