About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work from home with flexible hours. The successful candidate will deliver excellent service, handle transactions accurately and support customers across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, employees and internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Process payments, deposits, cash transactions and checks accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Handle account and service‑related transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and timely.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with cash‑handling or banking.
• Professional, friendly approach and ability to handle confidential information.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills; able to work independently and in a team.
