Customer Service Representative – Remote, Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely, offering flexible working hours. The role involves providing excellent service, handling transactions, and supporting customers with their inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers, employees, and internal departments to ensure needs are met.
• Process payments, deposits, checks and other transactions accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers with account and service inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and stay updated on company policies, products and services.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience with a professional and friendly approach.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities, able to handle confidential information.
• Experience in cash‑handling, banking, retail or financial services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
