About the role

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, direct customers to appropriate departments and assist with account inquiries.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with cash‑handling or financial services.
• Professional, friendly approach with ability to handle confidential information.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
