About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service, handle transactions accurately, and support customers with their daily needs while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer payments, deposits, checks and other transactions accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers with account and service inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and up‑to‑date knowledge of company policies, products and services.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience with a professional and friendly approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work both independently and as part of a team.
