Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to leaders across two manufacturing facilities and the corporate headquarters of Fontaine Modification Company. Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP will align people initiatives with business goals, drive cultural change, and support talent development in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide data‑driven strategic advice to business leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support operational objectives and improve performance.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and act as a change agent across sites.
• Coach managers on performance, career development, and DEI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build a strong talent pipeline and oversee onboarding.
• Design and deliver targeted training and development programs.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations.
• Experience working in multi‑site environments is a plus.
