About the role
The Service Delivery Administrator – Export and Cargo Readiness ensures that export shipments are documented, declared and ready for loading in a timely manner. Working within the Caribbean Cluster, the role coordinates with customers, customs authorities and internal teams to guarantee compliance with legal and group standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit local and international customs declarations, invoices and bill of lading releases.
- Coordinate export documentation changes after call closure, such as COD, BL switches and re‑issuances.
- Perform pre‑invoicing controls and enforce the No Doc No Load policy.
- Manage customer cases end‑to‑end, ensuring SLA compliance, prioritisation and timely escalation of recurring issues.
- Monitor service level agreements, provide single‑point contact for premium customers and handle exceptions or special demands.
- Audit documentation for risks, resolve or escalate issues promptly.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in export documentation, customs procedures and cargo readiness processes.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
