Site Foreman – Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Foreman oversees daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates crews, resources, and subcontractors to keep the project moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations in line with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Lead and direct work crews, assign tasks, and provide clear guidance.
• Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, and resource usage, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with approved construction methods, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and quality.
• Enforce HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for timely material and service delivery.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, conflicts, and performance concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and incidents.
• Participate in planning meetings and provide input on schedules, resources, and productivity.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or relevant technical qualification/certificate.
• Minimum 5 years overall work experience, including at least 3 years in a foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, materials, and site practices.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements, safe working practices, and QA/QC procedures.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
