Tour Desk & Watersports Sales Agents

About the role

As the face of NexusTours at Royalton CHIC Antigua and Royalton Antigua, you will engage directly with international guests, understand their interests and turn conversations into memorable tours, excursions and watersports experiences. Your focus will be on driving sales, achieving commercial targets and delivering exceptional, personalized service throughout each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell tours, excursions, watersports and destination experiences to resort guests.
• Identify guest preferences, recommend suitable activities and provide clear information on schedules, pricing and conditions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while seeking cross‑selling and additional revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure successful delivery of booked experiences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Antigua’s attractions, tours and watersports products.
• Accurately record all bookings and sales information and follow up with guests to maximise conversion.
• Resolve guest questions and concerns with a proactive, service‑oriented approach.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, tourism, hospitality, customer service or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to identify customer needs and turn conversations into sales.
• Energetic, proactive and confident when interacting with international guests.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics in a fast‑paced resort environment.
• Fluent or conversational English; French is a plus.
