Laundry Manager – Luxury Boutique Resort

About the role

This newly created management position provides strategic oversight of the resort’s laundry operation. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead a tenured local team of 12 responsible for linens and uniforms at a high‑end boutique all‑suite resort. The property is currently closed for a seasonal renovation and will reopen in October, with ongoing multi‑phase upgrades planned.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day processing of linens and uniforms to luxury service standards.
• Lead, motivate and upskill a tenured local team of 12 staff members.
• Maintain consistency and quality befitting a high‑ADR luxury property.
• Coordinate closely with the Executive Housekeeper and the broader Rooms division.

Required profile

• Must be a national of a CARICOM member state or hold unrestricted right to work in the destination country.
• Prior experience as a Laundry Manager or a strong Assistant Laundry Manager ready to step up.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a small, tenured team.
• Comfortable operating in a small‑scale but high‑standards luxury laundry operation.

What we offer

• Base salary $35,000 – $40,000 per year.
