MEP Project Manager – Energy Efficiency Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead energy‑efficiency, retrofit and renewable‑energy projects across hotels, high‑rise towers and commercial facilities. The role oversees the full project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MEP projects from concept through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget and to required HSE standards.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, contractors and on‑site teams.
• Verify compliance with specifications, drawings, BOQs, contracts, building codes and authority requirements.
• Monitor progress, resources, materials, technical submittals and approvals.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve technical and site issues.
• Supervise construction activities and promptly address deficiencies.
• Support procurement and prepare commercial project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or project‑management role.
• Experience in GCC markets preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, energy‑efficiency measures and relevant codes.

Required skills

• BIM and green‑building principles (LEED preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
