Senior Cost Control Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer to lead cost monitoring and reporting for the Yepton Beach Hotel construction project. The successful candidate will ensure the project stays within the approved budget through accurate forecasting, variance analysis and close collaboration with project, procurement, commercial and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and identify potential overruns.
• Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for senior management.
• Track commitments, procurement costs, and subcontractor payments.
• Support project managers with financial insights and earned‑value management data.
• Recommend corrective actions to mitigate cost risks.
• Coordinate with international contractors and luxury hospitality stakeholders as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of cost‑control experience on large‑scale construction projects, preferably hotels or high‑rise buildings.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and deliver accurate financial information.
