Reservations Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Reservations Support Specialist to assist customers throughout the booking journey. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that reservation information is accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Answer reservation‑related questions and process requests from customers.
• Research availability, service options and pricing to provide informed recommendations.
• Coordinate reservation details, confirm bookings and verify accuracy.
• Communicate updates, changes and special requests to both customers and service providers.
• Maintain organized documentation and follow up on incomplete or outstanding items.
• Support modifications, cancellations and any special accommodations.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable using online systems and conducting research.
• Reliable, responsive and able to work independently.
