About the role

The Rod Bender fabricates and installs concrete reinforcement elements and associated materials according to project scope, working under the direction of the Foreman and Superintendent on construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate and install concrete reinforcement elements and associated materials per project scope.
• Receive daily schedule and instructions from the Foreman and Superintendent.
• Lay out steel bars, mesh, rods, and framework.
• Erect, place, and join steel girders, columns, and other pieces to form structural frameworks.
• Install prefabricated and in‑situ reinforcement elements as directed.
• Assist with other construction‑related tasks as needed.
• Maintain consistent adherence to company safety standards.
• Organize and clean job sites daily before departure.
• Clean, organize, and secure tools daily.
