About the role

We are looking for an organized, customer‑focused Booking Services Coordinator to support our clients throughout the entire reservation process. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that every booking is accurate, confirmed, and tailored to client preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client needs and preferences to define booking requirements.
• Research available options and services across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate reservation requests and verify details for accuracy.
• Provide clients with confirmations, relevant information, and support for changes or special requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and booking records.
• Follow up on outstanding information and communicate with service providers.
• Deliver professional assistance before and after reservations.
